Delft brings people in from everywhere. We give them somewhere to land.
The Vision
We’re rethinking how apartments are built.
Sustainable by design, built to scale,
and refined in every detail.
Future plans
Three more buildings, the same courtyard logic.
1
Phase two
The next wing, designed to the same courtyard principle.
2
Phase three
More homes along the water, in the same architectural language.
3
Phase four
Completing the ensemble around the courtyard.
Benefits
Designed around a quieter,
more considered way of living.
A+++ Energy
Refined architecture engineered for exceptional efficiency and year-round comfort.
Canal-side Location
Steps from Delft’s historic centre, balancing tranquillity with connectivity.
Turnkey Living
Move into a fully finished home with contemporary fittings and timeless materials.
